To all of my Canadian friends, I wish you a heartfelt Happy Canada Day! And to those south of the border – Happy early Independence Day! I hope you enjoy the celebrations on Friday.
Initially, I intended to do a deep dive into the science of tapping. But once again the universe had other plans as last week I was offered a free screening of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s revolutionary series Rewired on Gaia, and this weekend I watched his updated documentary The Source (which I wrote about several months ago).
Both of these works profoundly shifted my understanding of health – and more importantly, reinforced the truth that we are in control of our own health.
As WILDFIT alumni, the idea of navigating our health journey is not new. But Dr. Joe’s work on the power of the mind is truly groundbreaking.
Just a gentle heads-up: this newsletter may float into some energy-based concepts – but I promise, if you read to the end, it will come back down to earth.
In Rewired, Dr. Joe begins by exploring different dimensions of reality.
The third dimension is where most people live – this is the world of ordinary, sense-based reality: space, time, and form. It’s where our known self resides. It’s also the realm of our past thoughts, emotions, and memories.
And it’s from this past that we unconsciously create our future – because when we use our past to predict what’s next, we get stuck in the same loop.
Nothing can change unless our thoughts change. Our thoughts create our behaviours, and our behaviours create our reality. Or as Dr. Joe puts it: “Our personality creates our present reality”.
But there is another realm – the fourth dimension.
This is the realm beyond the limitations of the 3D physical world. It’s built on frequency, vibration, energy, and consciousness.
Einstein first introduced this dimension as the “ceiling” of physical reality. It’s now known as the quantum field – a deeper energetic domain where all possibilities exist.
One of the most relatable examples of this is the four-minute mile. Before 1954, it was believed the human heart couldn’t withstand running a mile in under four minutes. Then Roger Bannister did it.
Suddenly, that once-impossible feat became part of 3D reality and just one month later, John Landy also ran a sub-four minute mile. This example shows how everything exists as a possibility, and it only takes one person to bring the possibility into reality.
The later episodes of Rewired introduce meditation as the magical tool that allows us to bring the “possible” into the known.
When we meditate, we quiet the analytical mind. This allows us to access the quantum field of infinite possibilities – the place where transformation happens.
Dr.Joe emphasizes that in order to create a new future, we must become a new version of ourselves. Energetically, this means turning into elevated emotional states like gratitude and love – which vibrate at higher frequencies.
When we sustain these elevated feelings in meditation, we send a powerful signal to the quantum field that says: “I am ready to receive new experiences that match this energy.”
He describes this process as becoming: “No body, no one, no where, in no time.”
This is where the ego dissolves – and the self merges with the unified field. This is the space where healing, transformation, and manifestation occur.
But as powerful as these moments are, it’s not enough to just visit the unknown – we must live from it.
And now to grind this in science, we turn to the second documentary. The Source.
This film offers scientific validation for what may sound mystical. We witness real biological changes in people’s bodies – and the data to back it up.
We see the woman who had her thyroid surgically removed, yet her body still produces thyroid hormones.
We meet a cystic fibrosis patient who fully recovers – no longer in a wheelchair, no longer on oxygen, simply healthy.
We hear from a man whose bone cancer disappears completely within seven days – with medical proof to confirm it.
These aren’t just miracles – they are signs of what becomes possible when we align our thoughts, emotions, and energy with the field of possibility.
This work reminds us that we are not victims of our biology – we are the architects of our experience.
This knowledge isn’t just inspiring – it’s empowering. Whether you’re navigating your own health journey, supporting someone else’s, or simply curious about what more is possible, remember – lasting change begins with the courage to see things differently. You don’t need to have all the answers – you just need to be open to the idea that your thoughts, your emotions, and your energy matter. The more we choose to live from the field of possibility, the more that possibility becomes our new reality.

Thank you for reading. With warmest wishes, Your WILDFIT coach.
