Harnessing the Power of Energy Vibrations 

In this month’s newsletter, I want to expand on our previous discussion about energy frequencies and take a deeper dive into energy vibrations. What are they? How do we know they exist? And most importantly how we can use this invisible force of the universe to our advantage

In 1905, Albert Einstein, confirmed -through his famous equation, E = mc2- that all physical 

matter is, at its core, energy. This idea was revolutionary, especially considering that at the time, there were no instruments capable of measuring energy in this way. He derived his theory by observing stars during a solar eclipse, and it wasn’t until nearly 60 years later that mathematician Roy Kerr provided further proof. 

Einstein’s work laid the foundation for quantum physics, which has since demonstrated that not only is all matter made of energy waves, but that we can now measure these frequencies. Science has proven everything in existence is vibrating energy at different frequencies. 

What Does This Mean for Us? 

If everything – including our thoughts, emotions, and even physical health – is made of energy, then the vibrations we carry influence how we experience and interact with the world. 

Dr. David R. Hawkins, a renowned psychiatrist and researcher, dedicated years to studying human consciousness and discovered that emotions have measurable vibrational frequencies. He mapped these out in what’s known as the Map of Consciousness, showing that emotions like shame and fear vibrate at lower frequencies, while love, joy and gratitude resonate at much higher levels. 

Raising our energy is crucial. Higher vibrations promote better health, emotional well-being, and a greater alignment with the world around us, allowing us to attract more positivity and resilience in our lives. Because frequencies attract similar frequencies, when I practice gratitude, I attract more things in my life to be grateful for

If our thoughts and emotions are made of vibration, then raising our frequency can have a profound impact on our well-being. The best part? We have complete control over our vibrations at any moment

How to Raise Your Vibration 

1) Awareness: Notice the energy behind your thoughts and emotions. Are they regenerative (building you up), or are they destructive (pulling you down)? 

2) Gratitude & Love: Practicing gratitude, kindness, and compassion naturally raises 

your vibration, as like attracts like. 

3) Mindful Consumption: What we listen to, watch, eat, and surround ourselves with 

affects our frequency. Choose uplifting music, nourishing foods, and supportive environments. (Ditching Netflix might not be a bad idea!) 

4) Movement & Breathwork: Something as simple as focusing on your breath or going 

for a walk can shift your energy instantly. 

5) Letting Go: Releasing low-frequency emotions like guilt or resentment through 

forgiveness and energy work frees up space for higher states of being. Techniques like tapping (EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique) can shift energy in minutes.
