Hi, I’m Ilona – a WILDFIT coach helping busy professionals with a chronic illness reclaim their health, energy and sense of self.

My Wake-Up Call: Living with Multiple Sclerosis

At 27, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and my once-thriving life took a turn.  Years of stress, poor nutrition and exhaustions left me struggling with extreme fatigue and mobility issues.  Despite trying countless treatments, I felt hopeless – until I discovered a new path to healing.  

The Turning Point: A Holistic Approach to Wellness

In 2020, I committed to personal growth, meditation, and WILDFIT – a program known for reducing inflammation.   Within months, my energy soared, my walking improved, and for the first time in decades, I felt truly alive.  But my journey didn’t stop there. 

A triggering event in 2021 revealed how deep trauma had shaped my health.  Through inner work, I realized that healing wasn’t just physical – it required addressing my emotional well-being too.

My Mission: Helping you Break Free from Chronic Illness

Inspired by my transformation, I became a certified WILDFIT coach to help others break free from the cycle of chronic illness.  Today, I walk 6-8 kilometers with ease, feel stronger than ever, and live with renewed purpose.
